Every Wednesday morning, the heart of Limpsfield Chart comes alive with friendly faces, fresh coffee and plenty of conversation.
Running from 10am to 12 noon at St Andrew’s Hall, these much-loved Coffee Mornings are a free, welcoming space for residents, neighbours, friends and family to come together. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here for years, it’s a relaxed and informal way to connect with others and feel part of the community.
Organised by the Limpsfield Chart Residents Association (formerly the Chart Fair Committee), the sessions are very much a community effort. Volunteers help provide tea, coffee and homemade cakes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
These weekly gatherings have quickly become a valued part of life on the Chart. They offer more than just refreshments — they’re a chance to chat, share stories, make new friends and strengthen the sense of community that makes Limpsfield Chart so special. As noted in local parish communications, they are “friendly and welcoming” events where people of all ages spend time getting to know fellow residents over coffee and cake.
Since launching in 2023, the Coffee Mornings have grown steadily in popularity, providing a regular midweek meeting point and a simple but important opportunity for companionship and connection.
